Job Summary and ResponsibilitiesDignity Health Medical Group - Dominican, is seeking a board-certified Endocrinologist to join our dynamic team in Santa Cruz, CA.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $310-340k annually
- Productivity-based bonus potential
- Sign-on Bonus up to $40,000
- Relocation Assistance up to $20,000

Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of endocrine disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in continuous medical education and stay updated with the latest advancements in endocrinology.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior medical staff and residents
Job Requirements- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in endocrinology.
- Valid medical license to practice in California.
- Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to teamwork and collaborative practice.
